Remarks What a terrific combination of location, investment-value and high-grade construction! There are good reasons why Glanford is one off the most sought after family-residential areas in the greater city. The house is a short drive (or bike ride) to the city center, to the airport & ferries, to UVic or Camosun. 630 Baker is one of the older and more sturdy homes on the street...& it was probably built by a man in the trades who knew the difference between flat and edge-grain fir. He was probably a stone-mason or brick-layer.....take a look at the concrete-block under-pinnings downstairs!
